Our aim is to get your products to you as soon as possible, we work together with our couriers TNT, UPS & Palletways to ensure efficient delivery. Orders which are placed before 11:00am, with all items in stock, are usually delivered the following working day (delivery to the Highlands and Islands will be longer, please contact us for an accurate delivery time).
Alternatively you can choose 'Collection from TMS by Customer', we will inform you by email when the order is ready for collection. Orders can be collected between 9am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Estimated Availability is shown for most products and gives an estimate of how long it will take to reach you based on the known stock levels, which are updated daily. eg For items that are in stock you can expect to receive the product within '1 - 2 days' if you are in the UK (longer for orders to the Highlands and Islands, please contact us for an accurate delivery time). These are measured in normal working business days.
Some products are available with UKAS calibration, giving you extra confidence in the product's measurement accuracy. The product comes with a UKAS calibration certificate, giving details of the actual test value and measured value of the product at each point of calibration.
